where do i start? transfer a nightmere took 4 hours and 3 different mini busses.
we paid an extra £60; for a sea view room and what did we get? a birds eye view of the hotel dustbins and chicken coups! the only way we got to see the sea was if you lent over a wobberly unsafe balcony..5 floors up? dont think so!
when we spoke to reception staff we were told that sea view rooms are only down as requested and are not always guaranteed.
also we were kept awake most nights by a group of barking dogs on the estate.
hotel in middle of know where only a turkish housing estate next door.
no entertainment for adults what so ever only an ampitheater that had kids programs on.
food; well basicly if you dont like salad, rice and the odd dish of chicken you really are gonna have problems. i mean hey im all for healthy eating, i go gym three times a week but salad for breakfast dinner an tea every day???
and most days what ever was on offer for lunch was back out again and dinner.
on one of the days even the omlette we had for breakfast was there at evening meal!
house keeping: was the worst iv ever known for a supposed 5 star hotel we had bed straightened up and new towels left but that really was it! no plug for bath.mirror not wipped down or bedside tables, glasses not removed for three days running. curtains not drawn back, carpet not hooverd, oh and the light in the bathroom flickerd on and off but wasnt changed.
sunbeds: oh my god i thought the germans were bad! we came down at 06;40 and every single sunbed had got towels down on them.
we got talking to one couple from ireland and they had got towels on two sunbeds but when they came back from having something to eat, there towels had been thrown on the floor and replaced by a turkish familys.
if you went for a shower between 5;30 - 7;00pm there was no hot water!
no milk available for tea.
be prepaired for long wait for lifts at meal times.
we found our selves going to bed around 10;pm as there was just nothing to do apart from listen to the kids entertainment...no thanks!
one last thing if you do for some unfortnate reason end up here, give the dick ed in the looby working for godion travel a wide birth, he talks nothing but crap and targets brits as he makes out he from sheffield to gain your trust.he made out to us that he was here on holiday himself and was just helping a mate out for the day.when i told him i wanted to go to a market to buy fake designer goods he said he would take us if we put him some fuel in. when it came down to it, it was a taxi and ended up costing £45 to get us there.
once there it was all fruit and veg! mmm... prada water melons! not!
im sure there are lovely hotels in turkey but please do your selves a favour dont waste your cash on this one.. i wouldnt go back there for free!
