Very nice hotel with rooms that are very clean with new facilities. Marcella the owner is extremely friendly and helpful in offering any advice that you may need with your visit to the area. The location is fairly convenient to Prato if you're looking for something out of the city. The road it's on is very busy though so it's not exactly in a rural setting.
The free internet wifi and parking garage for the car is a plus!
I would highly recommend.
If you have the time, I would also recommend the northern route back to the autostrada. It is a bit curvy but very scenic!

Good location, beautiful building. Nice interior excelent place for relax, extremly clean. The service is at realy high level. Marcella the owner made me feel like home and she is very helpful with advice about everything you ask for. Next to the hotel there are restaurant, bar, pizza. I will gladly come back to Residence Filippo.

I found this beautiful modern hotel through Trip Advisor and it was a real find. Marcella, the innkeeper, made me feel right at home and was very helpful with advice on local sights and events. I had originally just planned a one night-stop over but found the ambience of the hotel and area so much to my liking that I scheduled a second night.
