This place was amazing i loved how its clean and comfortable feels like home and they are there to help you at anytime if you need it if your thinking of going to Vaiano this is your place.

When I arrived at 8 p.m. the reception was closed and I just found a cell phone number written at the door. I was amazingly surprised to get Marcella on the phone immediatelly. Only five minutes later she came to warmly welcome me at the hotel :) I found well equipped rooms and enjoyed my stay. There are good restaurants right across the street or in Vaiano centre 2km away. I recommend to travel there from Bologna by road. You will have beautiful landscape and windy roads. The only thing they might wish to improve might be the breakfast: It's an Italian one meaning espresso & one brioche.

This is a wonderful hotel. Marcella is a superb host and she offered me a warm welcome and looked after me throughout my stay.

The bedrooms are large, clean and bright and are finished beautifully.

I would thoroughly recommend the Residence Filippo, to anyone staying in the area
