I came here yesterday in error as my taxi brought me to the wrong I was meant to go to tropical palm resort. Anyway although I did not have a booking and they had no obligation towards me they reception dud everything they could to help me and my fiancé out. They dud numerous calls to arrange things for us, endless amounts of research to figure out what happened and they even offered us a drink.

While waiting did our transport I gig a good look at the hotel and could easily tell that it was extremely clean in a great location, and prices which are fantastic. If I was you i would book directly through them.

If I got thus type if services without being a client I can only imagine if I was. Hadn't I already paid for my hotel we would definitely have stayed here.

Thanks to all the staff for your help!!!

Mike.

We stayed in Samui Palm Beach only one night on our way to koh tao. Lovely staff, very professional. We booked hotel taxi from airport 500 bahts. On arrival we got yummy refreshing drink and receptionist got us boat tickets to koh tao within 30mins even though it was late evening. Great service. We really enjoyed singing duo on the beach. They were fantastic! Rooms are big and very clean. I would recommend this hotel for families or couple who is looking for a nice quiet holiday.

Stayed here for 6 night.

We booked a deluxe room in the new 'royal wing' but upon arrival they upgraded us to a villa.

Beautiful hotel in fabulous grounds. Very clean.

Breakfast had a great choice and all the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is located on the west side of Bhoput surrounded by other similar high standard hotels. Lots of restaurants in the local area which were much cheaper than the ones in Fishermans Village which is the main part. Fishermans Village is great though and worth visiting. There is a massive market there and every Friday night there is a local market with amazing street food and live music.

Don't be afraid of eating the food cooked on the beach- wonderful spring rolls and satay chicken.

The only criticism is that the shower was a bit hopeless but it was hot so no problem.

We booked some trips and hired a keep from an agent in Fishermans Village just past the Happy Elephant bar called J and K Travel. Very good value and reliable.

We hired a jeep for the day (long enough i would say) and went all over the island including into the mountains to the elephant trekking site called waterfall 2.

You can get a tuk tuk from Bhoput to Chaweng if you fancy for a couple of pounds each. The tuk tuks are brightly lit pick up trucks and they will honk their horn as they pass you and stop if you wave at them.

this is our fifth visit to this hotel and once again we were looked after very well, meeting up with staff we have know for quite a few years. The staff are always friendly and cannot do enough for you. The new pool is very good along with the new platform for sunbathing. we stayed in a beach front bungalow as usual which have also been updated and feel more light and spacious. Breakfast again was a very good choice and i cant understand some remarks on this site about choice, they obviously must have a banquet at home every morning, i dont think!!!!!
Thank you to everyone at the hotel for another very good holiday and see you soon.

Room Tip: beach front bungalows

We spend our holiday on this beautiful hotel. This hotel is located on a big area, which means that you have a lot of space. With three different pool areas you can have some privacy. The staff is very service minded, both in the restaurant and hotel area. Every morning the restaurant staff ask you if everything is okay, and give you ideas of activities.

The beach is 10m from the hotel, and you can use your beach towel that you get from the hotel, and it's a nice big beach with lot of space. For lunch you can choose from a bar or restaurant menu. It's happy hour at lunch and evening every day. It means half price of some selected beverages. The restaurant is located with a beautiful view over the sea. There is a small store upon the street close to the hotel, ATMs and pharmacies are available too.

We had a really nice holiday, and I can recommend other to go to this hotel, they always working for improvements. They always treat you as you are a special guest
I want to give an extra attention to the bar and restaurant manager, he was always helpful and kind, he also helped us when we had trouble with the hospital, he and the reception manger made some calls, they was very supportive in this matter. Thanks a lot, we are so thankful for all your help.

Internet is also available on the hole hotel area for 500bat for 30days, not that expensive I think...

We stayed here on beginning of this month. At first arriving was not impressed as 4-star hotel should be. We met airline's crews crowded at the reception as the owner here is owned airline also. It clearly shows that owner is experiencing in airline's management than resort.

After got a key, we had double surprised, first negative surprised was room is aged!! Furnitures are not comfy as should be. Positive surprise was their bathroom; large, clean and spaced!

Then we hanged around resort, I impressed with their nice renovated salt-water swimming pool and area nearby the beach, looks so chic. Happy hour was one of my favorite. Beach in front of resort is clean also. Good!

If they pay more attention to detail of rooms, added some attractive facilities, this hotel will be one unique charming as their Bangkok Airways Airline, Asia Boutique Airline.

Room Tip: Rooms on ground floor could access to direct to the pool!
