“Winter Holiday 2013”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

We arrived at 2200 hrs which we had notified them, they were there to meet us and showed us to the room on the third floor, We had booked a deluxe room with kitchenette , what we had was a standard room with no kitchenette or anything to hang cloths on or in, Having been up for 24hrs we decided to wait until the next day to say anything then being told they would sort it out the next day, we were moved to a deluxe room which had the kitchenette removed, but not worried because the breakfast was included in the price. Then two days before we were due to leave heavy rain was coming into the room through the window behind the bed and the through the ceiling so was moved again to a deluxe room on the first floor with a kitchenette, which had a kettle, two cups, one teaspoon, sink and microwave, no plates, cutlery, or anything else. Hotel could do with a good clean, the staff were very helpful.

We arrived after a long journey & got told the hotel was over booked....we had booked a couple of days before. There was someone in our room who was meant to check out that day, how they didn't notice he was still there, I don't know. After trying to search for the man we got moved to another hotel & the owner apologised. We then moved back but the bathroom was very smelly, tv did not work & we were told someone would look at it but there wasn't even a wired up cable. Also loud music was playing till about 2am & we were on the first floor. We asked to speak to the manager/owner as he wasnt at the hotel & asked to refund us our last night & we would go some where else. He wasn't happy about this on the phone. We ended up just walking out!! The french man wasnt very helpful & i dont think they know much about customer care as they didnt know how to deal with anything. We tolerated a lot on our 2 nights stay but enough was enough. Enjoy should be run as a restaurant/bar only. Very disappointed as it looked lovely on the site.

The French guys who run this are really nice, it is good for the price. There is definitely room for improvement though, as mentioned the safe isn't attached to anything. Rooms would benefit from a little work, a cracked tile here, a dodgy door there. Great location.

The kitchen includes tap, electric kettle for water, two cups for the coffee, fridge with freezer and microwave oven. Balcony was so tiny, but the view was so nice. Room was big, but it was not very clean. There were no room service. We were three nights and no cleaning at this time. Maybe you should ask?
Staff were very nice. I think they should clean the rooms better. Location was very good.

Last december, I travelled together with a friend of my to Koh Samui.
We arrived at the Enjoy Hotel at 2 in the afternoon and met the french owner of the hotel.
At first he was friendly but he said: WE have a problem, there's no room for you. He sold 12 rooms (6 to agoda and 6 to booking.com) but the number of rooms of the hotel is 6!
I will keep the story short but he let us wait for 5 hours, he wasn't busy at all to help us and told us that is was our problem and not his. He sended us the a hotel near the airport without anything (right into a garbage belt and no shops around for food or drinks). We took the taxi back and could sleep over at the neighbor across the road. A very friendly man, with very fine appartments.

After one night we could go into our room, who was dirty and the toilet could not even flush (and isn't fixed in all those days). Once it was a good room but now it's dirty and old.
The last night, the owner asked us, at what time we would leave the next morning. We told 11 in the morning, so he could be there, to talk about the price (he told us earlier that we wouldn't have to pay all of it). NExt morning the wasn't there and send his thai girlfriend to us. She was very rude and told us ** off and pay!

Please, do not go to this place (i can't even name it a hotel)!

At first glance the rooms of this small hotel look great, right on the water in the old fisher mans village, with a balcony and a kitchenette.
Things start to go down hill pretty quickly after settling in. The first problem, they provide the kitchen, but nothing to use in it, no cups, no knives, nothing, we couldn't even make a coffee as there were no cups.
The rooms needed a good clean, with sand and hair all over the floors.
The balcony can only be used by one person at a time as it's pretty small and most problematic, you have to turn the air-conditioning off to use it, the hot air blows straight out of the exhaust fan and across the balcony making it all but useless. If there was a fan provided in the room you probably could get by without the aircon.
Sadly it's not a non smoking hotel and our bathroom filled with some inconsiderates second hand smoke all day and all night, we could only assume that an other guest was using their bathroom as a smoking den and the connecting vents were filling everybody's bathrooms up with smoke.
The layout of the room is just plain weird, they have a nice modern flat screen tv, and a small modular lounge to sit watching the tv, unfortunately they are not near each other and you can't actually see the tv from the lounge.
Other than that, well, it's in a good location.

Room Tip: The rooms on the higher floors have balconies on the beach and also the street.

We stayed for 5 days in this comfortable little bed and breakfast. The rooms are rectangular shaped, a nice bigger size, smart studio like apartments. Nice and modern with a big tv if you like that kind of thing on holiday. We really enjoyed our stay here. Were given everything we need. The owner, a french man trained in hospitality (you could tell with his knack for wanting to help us) and staff were very helpful including getting us small changes for the great breakfast as well. Whether it was helping with extra towels, maps or a bike hire or advice on the best beaches to visit we felt relaxed here located in the middle of the cute Bo Phut road.

The only thing i might change is adding a fan in the room in case air-con is not wanted. Would save on electricity too.

Room Tip: The higher up your room is the better your view will be but all rooms look out right onto the ocean...
