On our first night in Bophut, we asked our hotel for a recommendation for Thai food. They pointed us in the direction of The Hut - and we were not disappointed.
We ate here another four times during our stay in Bophut and tried a selection of the food on offer. The stir fry options were delicious and the curries were all full of flavour. Their papaya salad was great and a nice, light option.
It was very reasonably priced and portions were generous. The only downside is the noisy fish tank in the corner which is full of green slime, but alright if you aren't sitting too close..
The service was alright but we had to ask for extra drinks or desert menu, rather than being asked if there was anything else we required.
Location is just after the Cocooning Hotel and right opposite the Waterfront. You can make reservations, which was advisable if you wanted to eat around 7/8pm as it was very busy.
We had a table which seated four one night and, just as we were finishing our main courses, the waiter seated another couple with us. It actually turned out alright as they were really lovely and chatted but it could have been awkward!
