Love this hotel and their friendly helpful staff. The hotel is very beautiful with an amazing infinity pool, the view at the pool is marvelous. At the same time you can choose to stay on the beach. Hardly to choose between 2!!

Although it's not villa style but you are warmed by the friendly helpful staff that you are not isolated but do can enjoy a romatic holiday.

Fisherman village just next door that plently of choices of restuarnt / cafe by the sea.

Room setting is lovely, I love the balcony...give me a cozy afternoon nap.

Even the chef for morning breakfast is so nice, he specially peel a mango for me when I told him the buffet table was out of mango. Love the semi-breakfast buffet that you can always have a instant made egg benedit, pancake and waffle on request. The latte is the best I ever had in thailand hotels.

The Luxsa Spa is amazing...really one of the best in Thailand. Can't compare even in Bangkok 6 stars hotel spa.

Definitely love to come back again for every holiday!!! You can enjoy with your love one or families or big groups of friend.

Room Tip: All the rooms have great sea view or pool view.

I will make this review quick and easy… we spent 4 days at Hansar this June, staying at a Beachfront Suite…

The hotel is just stunning, the room was big and plush with luxurious tropical finishings and the size was huge… the bed was one of the most comfortable I´ve ever experienced…

be mindful that the configuration of the bathroom is open, hence you can see the toilet from the bed and the toilet area is not isolated, hence no privacy at all… this bothered me a bit, I do not see the point of having a exposed toilet when the target market of the property is mostly honeymooners and couples… who wants to see (hear or smell?) their plus one at the toilet when spending a passionate weekend in Thailand… anyway… Shower and bathtub are great and big enough to play around...

The location of the property is great since it is right next to Fishermans Village with many options for food… be mindful the area is pretty quiet and hence no nightlife at all…

To me the worst part of the hotel is the beach… I mean, the view from the pool is great, the color of the water from the pool is great, but in that area of Bophut the water is milky and murky, and the sand is rough and coarse… and a couple of steps into the water the sand turns into mud, just like swimming in a lake.. hence if you do not like to swim in the sea, this hotel is perfect… if you, like me, really enjoy strolling by the beach or swimming in the sea, book a hotel in Chaweng, beautiful while sandy beach there…

If possible, try the Luxsa Spa, it is just amazing…

Service in the hotel was great, breakfast was great but poolside snacks were just ok…

Room Tip: The beachfront rooms are not really beachfront since there is a road between the hotel and the beach...

The hotel, staff, and restaurant are a model of what a top notch boutique hotel should be. The service was excellent and friendly, the pool was one of the best infinity pools I've seen, location was excellent be at the start of Fisherman's Village, and the restaurant was fantastic from the breakfast buffet, room service, lunch and dinner menu.

There was one mishap, which was extremely odd. I had left a pair of flip flops outside the room, like so many others I had noticed, but they were stolen. They were an inexpensive pair purchased in Bangkok, and do not believe that the staff had anything to do with this, but it was odd that another guest would do this. I did notice that there was a security camera near my room, but when I inquired the front desk about the missing flip flops, nothing was said about a security camera, so perhaps it's not functional. Regardless this didn't ruin my vacation there, and wouldn't hesitate in staying there again, I just keep my flip flops in the room :)

We travel to Samui often and have stayed in many Hotels and this is by far the best we have experienced. The hotel is very well located right next to the fisherman Village (more of a restaurant and shopping area not a real fisherman village) which is very convenient as you can just stroll out in the evenings for a nice dinner in the nearby seaside restaurants or even enjoy a nice lunch there.

The infinity pool is absolutely stunning. They have soom seats inside the pool where you can sit and enjoy a power jet on your back and watch the sea in front. Even the service for drinks and food by the pool side is really nice and so is the quality of food they serve. We ordered a club sandwich and pad see ew and both were really good.

The room itself is pretty spacious with a very large shower area. I really liked their shower area, pretty innovative and it gives the room a much larger feel. Even the balcony/patio is very spacious for lounging or reading a book or even enjoying a drink before you head out to dinner.

The breakfast was fantastic and made fresh to order along with the usual cold buffet.

The spa at the hotel is also very nice (not very spectacular to look at but nice) and we really enjoyed our treatments with their signature cocount cream (which again is really very good).

Overall this is the perfect place to stay in Bophut which is just 10 minute drive to chaweang where the main shopping strip is with restaurants and nighlife.

Room Tip: Insist on getting a room in the wing facing the sea as the other wings face the pool and alhough the...

This is an excellent hotel for relaxing, the pool is superb as is the service from the friendly staff. The location is first class ,close enough to walk to Fishermans Village but just far enough away there is no noise. The rooms are well kept and really comfortable. We stayed 8 nights and did not want to leave. WE WILL BE BACK !!

This resort is pure perfection. We stayed here for 7 nights and couldn't have asked for anything more. The pool, room, food and staff were all outstanding. We did a cooking class with the resort chefs and spent another day out on a private tour of the island, these were definitely highlights of our stay.
The location cannot be beaten in bophut, being within easy walking distance to everything, the only resort able to provide this. Only gripe was that I was 5 months pregnant so couldn't make the most of the 3 happy hours a day (yes, 3!), but we will be back for sure to make up for lost time. Amazing resort accom with a boutique feel, up there with the best in my mind.
