Made our first trip to Mirador and we plan to go back many more times. First of all the view is outstanding. The restaurant is very open so it very comfortable climate wise. Our waiter Jerry was very helpful. We all ordered a fish plate. Good sized portions at very reasonable prices.
It is a little hard to find. Turn right at the blinking light heading towards palmares. In San Jose de Sur you turn right at the little store. Follow the narrow road about 2 km and you have made it.

This is my favorite restaurant in Atenas! The fish with the white sauce is to die for... It is a huge portion (definitely enough left over for another meal), and the prices are reasonable. Add that to the view, and it makes a great experience.

This restaurant has VERY good food and service!! The view is gorgeous and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place!!

we have only eaten there once but we really happy about the food, the service, the price and view. By the way, the portions are huge, so if you do not eat large amounts of food you can easily share one portion for two people, or at least take home your next meal.
