Antanos has the luck to be located in one of Atenas' old historic wooden houses. Refurbished and repainted a joyful yellow, the house is gorgeous. Make sure to notice the floor, which is called "mosaico" and are concrete tiles power-pressed with color for their patterns.
The cuisine is delicious here, and the tables are usually all full. Go early! The mammoth-sized watermelon juice is my favorite drink. Best food items include the Asian chicken, the Monterrey chicken, sea bass - both garlic and also breaded, the fajitas and the traditional plate called a "casado."
Love your coffee? Ask for the big mug and you'll be there at least an hour sipping blissfully!
