Great service and good food. Nice selection of beer, wine and alcohol. My favorite item is their homemade salsa. It is also available to buy and take home.
This restaurant is conveniently located on the old highway about a mile east of Atenas, near the monument to the oxcart drivers. It is very popular with locals and tourists. It is easy to spend a good part of an evening there enjoying pork ribs and your favorite drink, and absorbing the atmosphere.
This location seems to be busy and many people stop to eat here so we decided to give it a try. We found the food mostly greasy deep fried and won't go back. However it must be enjoyed by others judging by the amount of cars there.
The food here has always been good and the prices very reasonable. I go there often. I would recommend this restaurant any day.
This place is a great gathering place for the Gringo crowd, and the servers are very attentive to your needs. NO SPANISH?? No problem, the waiters will steer you too a good meal at a fair price.
