Just returned home 13th Oct 2011, following a most perfect 2 weeks at The LTI Valle
Staff couldnt be more friendly or helpful. The hotel is classy and stylish. The rooms are large, airy and every one has a resort pool view from large balconys. The hotel caters for all age groups, though I would say mostly couples. The entertainment though not hotel based, was available nightly, though we preferred to stay at the pool bar for a quiet evening...kids disco and cabaret acts not for us, though we did turn out a few nights, but the main arena area in the centre of the resort is very busy and crowded on a night time, and you need to get there early for a seat. Wonderful lido aqua park in the centre of the resort, also with free access to LTI patrons, normally 10 euros a day per adult, and addidtional charges need to be paid for mattress and parasols, though not necessary, as plenty of shady areas and comfy sunbeds. All inclusive also strtches into lido at bar, though you need to present a stamped card, and expect half cup measures of drinks. If you pay, you get double the quantity..seemed a bit mean, but the hotel is just 5 min walk for lunch and snacks, so a minor complaint in the bigger picture.
Meals could not be faulted with a wide variety meat and fish dishes, freshly prepared by chefs working at a central grill in the restaurant. A lovely sun terrace with parasols for outdoor esting, for those who could bear the heat, but vey good air con throughout the hotel and in the rooms.
Daily cleaning of the pool area prevents early morning towel dashers, as it is railed off till after breakfast, so no need to worry about getting a sunbed near the pool, which are plentiful. Immaculately clean throughout the hotel, would reccommend giving this hotel a go, we are returning for a week in may, as we enjoyed it so much. Would also reccommend treating yourself to a massage in the hotel spa, which is luxurious tranquil.
A short bus ride to Mogan is a photographers dream, nicknamed little venice, it is a beautiful fishing port with a good market on a friday. Expect to pay about 3 euros return on the bus. It has a lovely beach, nice sea front bars and restaurants, supermarket, an a duty free shop as well as the usual shops, and lots of pretty walkways and canals drenched with hanging flowers and hidden garden areas.
For all round good value for money, perfect weather and a good quality holiday I would give this hotel and resort 10/10
