I have been reading so many reviews before choosing this hotel, and after coming back home I can deffinetly say that it was a great choice.
The hotel is huge and offers you everything you need from various of pools and sitting areas and since it is all inclusive you can eat/drink as you like whenever you like and wherever.
The beach nearby is amazing and very relaxing, and if you feel ilke switching to a pool it's only 200 meters from there.
The standard room was perfect- clean, big and with a sea view.
The downsides are:
-it's location- 55 kilometers from Rodos (the city). There are public buses that connect the hotel to the main areas but the frequency is low. Also the bus station is not so near and on the way there there is no lighting at night.
-The hotel/staff do not share with the guests all the info there is on the hotel's facilities, which is a bit disappointing because you can easily miss a lot of things. Keep asking questions!! It's worth exploring.
also they do not offer info on the main attractions of the island, they only offer you to take taxies or rent a car.
but! bottom line- GREAT HOTEL, highly recommended, especially for a good and relaxing vacation.

First of all let me make one point clear: it is not a hotel, It is a very beautiful resort with a high class style. It is on a hill on amazing Kiotary bay and you walk in a " Snail" rout through gardens and many beautiful pools in a different level . All of it with a view to the ocean. The architecture, the whole place, the domestic design, the rooms, the restaurants ,the pools the food , the atmosphere , the entertainment (at days and nights), the food, the service the team and all the facilities you need to enjoy a vacation was very good and in a high class. The team is No. 1 in the world. Usually when you go to hotels the team look unhappy and do their work as every boring office job. BUT here in this hotel they are very charming, welcoming and shining. It seems that their major purpose is only "giving" and "spoil you". Just like in Thailand. The location is the best in Rhodes. Yea...alot better than Ixia and Calithea . This amazing resort is on Kiotary Bay, the most beautiful bay in Rhodes, and we did a car-tour beach to beach all around Rhodes. The food is 5*+. The whole complex is very clean and shining , also seems like they clean 24/7, but actually you will never see the cleaning staff. Also the toilets near each pool is shining. Every evening you have a different program, good one and the animation team is very active and funny. Therefor most of the guests spent the evening in the beautiful balcony having fun, taking part with the animation team. You also can find a water-park in the top of the hill of the resort, thus, if you have small children save your money time to go to the big water park in the island. Generally , it has an European atmosphere. You can find what you need in this huge place: romance, society, fun and a beautiful nature .
Therefore you don't have to fly so far to have an exotic jolly relax vacation !!!It is just a perfect place for a very good vacation. We are sure we will back to this hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days.
*The crew is very very nice - in the reception, the dinning room and the bar.
*the hotel is very big and have a lot of areas. 4 pools and privet beach. there is always a place to sit. in the pool bar there is a cold drinks also as icecoffe and milkshake, ice cream and coctails, beer and wine. there is also snack like pizza, pasta and fries.
*the beach is very close but the chairs cost money/ there is also bar and activities on the beach.
*for children there is a slides and Playground and a kids club with wonserful team "BRAVO".
*every day there is a different food
*the room is very big and comfortble.
*the highlight of the vacation was the Entertainment Staff. they did with us dancing, sport, comptition, fitness. wellness, and a lot of fun!! also for the adoults!
*the location is a 20 min from lindos city - you can rent a car from the hotel for 35 euro a day. Rodos is about 1 hour from the hotel.

Food ... i have had better .. but they have a good variety and if you are quick to book in the theme restaurant you will enjoy the seating much better .. (booking for the next day only) .. deserts are excellent .. as good as i had anywhere .. we had dietary issues as my kids are allergic to milk and that kind of cut down on the variety!! and on Greek night they had to much PORK and this does not go well with me being Jewish, I assume Muslims will have an issue as well ... This is something the Hotel should take in to serious consideration .. that was the only night where we came out totally disappointed with dinner
Drinks are plenty and generous alcohol portions

Service .. we found the staff to be very friendly .. not always 100% helpful .. but always eager to help ..

The place is spotless clean and the pools and beach are beautiful, great water slides at the activity pool, relaxing atmosphere at the two other Relax pools ... and even when the hotel was fully biked there was no problem to find a sun bed and shade at any time of the day at all 3 pools and the beach as well ...
The beach had a great water sports center at reasonable prices that was one of the highlights of our stay .. i have no idea why they are charging for the sun beds on the beach .. i think that is wrong and it did leave a bad taste

One serious complaint ... WiFi is not free and DAM expensive .. this is something they need to change ..

i know it is an all inclusive stay but you should rent a car and go see Lindos - 10 min dreve (you can take a bus as well) and Rhodes a 50 min drive
