As a regular guest at the Hospiz we were happy to note a refreshingly new style. The usal friendly reception, family atmosphere and attentive service. The spa spacious, not crowded and full of interesting art objects. Excellent food with an entertaining visit to the kitchen and a memorable wine tasting (congratulations to the sommelier).
Even a slight mishap with the lugggage delivery was handled to our satisfaction. A perfect spot to enjoy skiing, relaxation and a welcoming spirit. An evening at the Alm a must!
No noisy nightlife, but entertaining live music at the bar, perfect for chatting with friends.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, it seemed that a lot of guests were regulars which gave off a wonderful atmosphere. The only negative thing was service during dinner where at one point our waiters totally forgot about us and we were unable to have our wine or drinks served and we had to call someone to serve us from the hall as we did not know where our bottle was.

Very litle to fault - accomodation and food excellent. There was something for all the family and the children made lots of friends. The reception staff were fantastic - nothing too much trouble for them. The waiters and waitresses and cleaning staff were also excellent. Occasionally during the day the service in the bar area was slow, but that is the only small point. Also internet access coudl be improved.
We had a wonderful holiday and woudl definitely like to return next year.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hospiz, mainly for its excellent service, kind personnel, and excellent food. We booked a "luxury" appartement, but were disappointed to find a large, but rather old-fashioned room. The spa was great too, and we would definitely return to this hotel if the rooms are refurbished.
