Quinta das Sequoias is a serene and beautiful haven, under the stars of Portugal. This is our fifth visit to Sintra and Quinta das Sequoia. We were first made aware of it through Gail Brown's book oin Portugal. t he owner, Candida Gonzalas, truly opens up her home and heart to all visitors. Each room is elegantly decorated and one can not help but feel the sincerity of the word WELCOME ,when one is greeted upon arrival. The entire staff was at our beckoned calll......most cheerful,willing and so skilled to sastisfy our every need. We had the elegance of Sintra hidden under the tall sequois.......a unique combination, thatvoffered the perfect peace and pace of a first class vacation.

Quinta das Sequóias is heaven on earth! The serenity and beauty of its location is truly amazing. A beautiful house in stunning, unique surroundings. The hospitality cannot be surpassed - an attentive, warm hostess and staff always ready to help with your queries and attend to your needs. I strongly recommend a visit.

Wonderful staying in Sintra. Quinta das Sequoias is a paradise on earth. Great view over the city and best reception from the charming and exquisite hostess. Good price for such a welcoming place. We will be back soon!
