Great little resort. Gardens beautiful, pool beautiful and food at restaurant great. We got upgraded to a lagoon view room (although could only see the lagoon if we walked outside). We were overlooking the pool and it was lovely. The restaurant wasnt too loud at night either. Great place to stay. Highly recommend it.

Great place & facilities, outstanding gardens, great food, great prices.
Would have to be the best value & child friendly place on Raro.
Thanks for the excellent hospitality making our kids first overseas holiday extremely enjoyable .

Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Gardens villas are cheaper & quieter than those by the pool.

Just got back from muri beach resort very disappointed had to sit in bus at airport in mosquito infested bus in the dark no air on for 15 mins while the driver chatted to her friend resort guesstimate 2 star had static caravans at half the price were as good if not better
staff ok Toby and missy were friendly the rest are only interested in money made from wedding party's could do with a mega clean up and re furb on the whole not worth the money very shabby

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us.

Every guest of ours is equally important to us and I apologise if we appeared to be more dedicated or attentive to the needs of our wedding guests, at the time of your stay. We take on board your feedback regarding your feelings about the way you were treated compared to our other guests. This is something that I will discuss with our staff and ensure that we all are focused on each and every guests in the same way. This is always our intenion but obviously dropped the ball during your stay and I am sorry for this.

On our quest for continued improvement we appreciate and encourage our guests feedback, from the moment that their experience starts with us through to this point. We thank you for taking the time to review and bring your exerience to our attention. If there are any specifics of areas of greatest concern to you that we could improve on, this information is very welcome. We would like to be able to rectify any problems or problem areas so that our future guests do not have an experience such as yours.

In regards to our airport service, we have recently purchased a brand new mini-van that we will be using to provide our own airport transfers. This is an area that we identified that we could improve and as very excited to be able to now offer air-conditioned comfort to our guests when travelling to and from the airport. Our service is a dedicated service for our resort guests only. Though there may sometimes still be a need for our guests to have a period of waiting as the time lag between when the first and last passengers to transit customs can be lengthy. And sometimes there may be extraordinary circumstances that may cause unforeseen delays. We do try to keep any waiting time to a minimal as we know that after a long flight you are always keen to get to your final destination ASAP.

I will look forward to your further feedback, so that we can continue to improve our guests experiences with us.

Have just returned from staying at the muri beach resort and have to say I was very unimpressed with the accomodation which was no more than a glorified static caravan, it was definitely not luxury boutique compared to other boutique resorts that I have frequented as a matter of fact the room needed a copmlete overhall as everything was falling to bits and very grubby, grounds where pretty thanks to the hard work of Toby the gardner and as for the owner we are still waiting to be spoken too by her, no smiley welcome from her then.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us. I am the owner of the resort and I apologise for not acknowledging you during your stay with us. This is certainly no my intention and contrary to my normal approach to our guests, as I place a very high value on great customer service. So please accept my deepest apologies for my lack of attention to you.

On our quest for continued improvement we appreciate your feedback. We regularly ask for feedback from our guest while they are wth us and encourage them to let us know if there is any problems with their stay, when the problem occurs or comes to light. We would love to receive more details from you regarding your experience with us and any specifics of problem areas that we can improve on. If you could let me know what room number you stayed in I can then better assess the problem areas in that room and resolve them so that future guest do not have the experience that you have had.

As a provider of deluxe accommodation, self rated and promoted as a 3.5 star property I am sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. We believe that our resort and rooms facilities are in line with other properties that promote themselves as this level or standard of accommodation also. I also acknowledge that there is always room for improvement.

Once again I thank you for your feedback and welcome some specifics regarding your accommodation that will allow us to prevent similar experiences in the future. And I also again apologise for not giving you the regognotion that you deserved from me, as a valued guest of my resort.

We had a 2 bedroom unit with kitchen and living area! It was perfect for 4 adults, the location is wonderful and the staff at the resort are amazing!

Special thanks to Missy at the restaurant who made us feel so welcome and was super friendly!

Free kayaks. reef shoes and snorkels made it easy to explore the lagoon!

Would definitely recommend this resort for a very relaxing holiday!

Our reservation got transferred to here because Muri Beachcomber where we initially booked had a no under 12 kids policy. Long story but we ended up here.

Place is excellent in every regard.
Right on the Lagoon.
Free use of Kayaks, snorkeling etc
Excellent Pool and deck around it.
Clean grounds and beautiful surrounding gardens.
Super friendly owners and staff. Very helpful with suggestions on what to do, bookings, car rental etc.

We loved the free coconuts from the maintenance guy who was always keen for a chat.

The owners told us they are going 100% green use of power with there investment in solar energy which is very good and makes them first one on the island to achieve that.

Room Tip: all the rooms unique in there way, really depends on you budget and needs size wise we had the 2...

We stayed for 10 nights in July 2012 for our wedding (52ppl). We had 14 of the 20 rooms for ourselves and guests. A lot of us had children and this was the perfect place for that. The kids played in the pool for hours while we watched from our villas or the poolside. The rooms are great, have everything you need, clean and comfortable. The BBQ area was great and we used it a lot however it would be good if they had portable bbq's that you could put outside your room as it is right beside the outdoor dining part of the restaurant and I felt that we were 'stinking out' the other guests with our bbq while they dined.
Our wedding was PERFECT! I feel like I hardly organised anything. The ceremony on the beach front deck was beautiful. We went for the deluxe package for our reception and it was worth it, the set up for the dinner was beautiful and the wait staff were fantastic at making sure our guests never went with out.
The staff were so friendly and helpful and my 9y/o would like them especially mentioned as he thought they did a great job and always said 'hi'.
I guess if you were looking for somewhere quiet and romantic to stay this wouldnt be the place if it was full with big groups, but if you are family or friends travelling together it was absolutely fantastic.
