This hotel was great for us traveling with kids between ages 2-5. Our 2 families requested and were given adjacent rooms (111 and 112 next to Miniland for kids) with terrace leading to the pool area. This was perfect for our older kids to move back and forth freely without relying too much on the grown-ups. We also got the morning sun in these rooms and didn't need to rush to get a sunbed like the other guests. Pool rules say no reserving but that didn't stop some guests from doing so.
We didn't book all inclusive so we had breakfast in the apartment with groceries bought from outside the hotel. There is a toaster, coffee-maker (bring some filters from home) and an electric kettle. I boiled water in the microwave for tea/coffee for just a cup or two. We had the hotel's breakfast buffet on the day we left which was decent. €18 gets 2adults+2kids - Kids under 12 eat for free in the company of paying adult. Rooms are cleaned 5 days out of our 7 days stay but we never knew when or what time they would come. Towels were changed on request.
Do not rent with Avis car especially in advance. They didn't deliver the car to the hotel as promised and once we were issued the car we had to find our own way back to the hotel. Car booster seats we rented were the cheap plastic ones with no padding. :( Our friends rented with the local car rental company which turned out cheaper, had better a car and child car-seats so we got to see the difference!
