The factory experience is an interesting tour of the works, seeing people creating this unique product by hand using age old skills. Not very disabled friendly, I advise anyone with mobility problems to get dropped off at the entrance while the driver parks in the car park. There is disabled parking at the front and back car parks, but if you park in either there is a long walk either at the start or finish of the factory tour. The factory tour also involves some stair climbing, but there is still plenty to see without.
The glass shop and gift shop offer some great ideas for gifts and reasonably priced when you see the craftsmanship that has gone into them
We didn't use the cafe but the food did look nice and there is a good selection of local ice creams too !
