Already well reviewed, we couldn't miss the opportunity since we were staying a few miles away. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. Our starters of fresh mackerel and fois gras were delicious. I particularly liked the raspberry jus which was the perfect accompaniment to the creamy pate. The filet de boeuf for main was perfectly cooked, very tender and had a lovely caramelised buttery crunch - probably the best steak I've ever had and washed down with a Chateauneuf de pape.... Wonderful. We managed one desert between us - a delicious and different take on cheese cake. The restaurant is quite formal and quiet but with a nicely different decor. If you're in the area, you have to visit!
