“Really nice place but very busy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2014

Everything about the place was great.
Decent food, nice wine, lovely atmosphere with a local singer playing guitar on the lawn and bean bags and various activities available such as cycling and tennis.
Only downside is that it's so busy it's a bit impersonal.

“Worth the Journey to Jacobs”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2014 via mobile

On a hot sunny day we decided to lunch at Jacobs Creek and what a pleasant afternoon it turned out to be. Large light airy glassed building which wasn't too busy, but we decided to sit outside and enjoy the ambience of the huge gum trees and grape vines. After lunch we lounged around on the grass in the shade in their comfy bean bag type chairs as it was so hot.

“Wine tasting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2014

Staying in Barossa Valley you have to visit this centre to really understand the areas history and why the name Jacobs Creek is so famous. Sitting in the gardens overlooking the vines on a sunny day,, nothing better!

“Good bird life in the grounds”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 27, 2014

The owners have made a tremendous effort to re vegetate the grounds, making a very pleasant walking track around the centre. After enjoying an excellent sharing platter in the restaurant, reading up on the history of Jacob's Creek and the wine making process we took a walk and managed to spot zebra finch, parrots, honey eaters and even a possum asleep in the hollow of a tree.
