My boyfriend and I went last year for a week and it was amazing!! The staff were great, the room was comfortable and it overlooked the pool.Very cheap and worth the trip! Location not very efficient but there are taxis available and very cheap too, so not really a problem!
I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or romantic getaway!

Room Tip: Choose room with balcony, might be a little more than rooms without

The staff was friendly. The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. The view from our room was lovely. The hotel restaurant was good. There was one big disadvantage for me. It was not near any public transportation. It is not near much of anything. Only stay at this hotel if you will NOT be using ANY public transportation. To stay here, you will need your own car or you will need to pay for taxi service.

Great staff, both in reception, bar/restaurant and event organization.
Was there in business, and the place is clean, quiet and very relaxed.
Far from Lisbon and Cascais, but taxis are very cheap in Portugal.
Good breakfat and buffet lunch.
Amazing value for money.

You need a car to get to Hotel Real Oeiras from Lisbon, Cascais or Sintra, but it was excellent in every respect. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and spoke perfect English. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and immaculately cleaned with a good, powerful shower and well stocked minibar. WIFI is available in rooms with a strong signal making for easy web access. Breakfast is an optional extra but at 7 euros 50 is well worth it: there's a very good selection of hot and cold options, fruit juices, coffee, tea etc. I stayed 2 nights and slept really well: it was incredibly quiet: the well carpeted corridors help sound insulate the rooms. And at 36 euros a night this was fantastic value. Highly recommended.

The hotel is near a beach, although not so near as to walk. Rooms are ample, clean and comfortable. I was In fourth floor and I had a beautiful view over the Tajo river. Breakfast was varied and with excellent products served in the garden by the swimming pool. Reception service was quick and friendly. Price was 71 euros per night and included breakfast.

Room Tip: Choose upper floor rooms (fourth floor) for a view over the Tajo river.

I have stayed in this hotel twice now for a total of 2 nights each time.
The staff are very eager and able.
It maybe just the room set up as single but the bed proved to be exceptionally hard. I stay in hotels all over the UK and overseas and I have to say this is the hardest by far.
The rooms now have WiFi which they did not 2 years ago.
The room rate was very reasonable and the room a good size with a more than acceptable shower.
I am reminded that there is no tea and coffee facility in room, knowing that I resorted to taking travel kettle.

Room Tip: Its quiet at the front and the back as there is little through traffic.

Staff attitude and helpfulness are always more important generally to me than the hotel room, providing it is clean. The staff at this hotel were quite amazing. The hotel itself is a bit out of Lisbon, however public transport is quick and cheap from the local town area. It will cost you about 5 euros by taxi to get to local train station, then from memory, one euro 70 cents on each of the two trains to city centre. Maybe a little more complicated than some people want, however we found it easy, mainly because the hotel staff gave us such good advice. Anything we needed to know, the staff researched. Always with a lovely smile! We were so impressed with the staff, their manager should be very proud of them. Our room was very nice, largish, with a balcony. As one reviewer said here, there were no tea or coffee making facilities, however it seems from my experience, you either get a fridge, or a kettle. The hotel that gives you both will always get my vote because that is what Australians are used to. Having said that, the bar was very happy to give free boiling water, with cups and even peanuts to take to our room. We did get our wake up call as requested. Breakfast was quite good by normal European standards, providing more choices than normal. I was initially worried about our bed, it seemed a little firm to me, however I can say I had a fantastic sleep. Two pillows provided, no need to chase up. There was a very nice pool at the back of the hotel, didn't use because it was cold. For quality, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, however you need to be aware that it is on the outskirts of Lisbon, taxi from the airport( airport is central Lisbon), costs about 40 euros, and if you are doing tours starting from central Lisbon, you need to be unafraid of the public transport system. If in doubt ask, the locals are warm and very helpful. That was all we needed. This was just a quick trip in to see Fatima, We had never been to Portugal before, however the two days we were there were jus wonderful, my appetite is wetted and we will definitely return to this beautiful country!

Room Tip: I really do not think any rooms are better than any other
