This was the second time I had been to Serenity Corbett. I have been there in Feb'2012 with family (in first floor family room), and liked the resort for facilities, food, guest care etc. This year we were planning for a trip for all family members including parents, brother, sister and their families, so were looking far a place where all age groups could enjoy. Based on my earlier experience, I could easily zero down on Serenity at Corbett. Mr Jai, who looks after their sales at Delhi gave us excellent deal. We booked 4 rooms for 3d/2n from 3rd to 5th June, and all pickups/drops safari etc were arranged by Mr Jai on request. All these arrangements were excellent along with advance information regarding cabs at Rly station, driver numbers etc. The welcome at Resort was good with a walk through the orchard and introduction of planataion . We were provided 4 rooms at grond level next to swimming pool, so kids started enjoying the pool at the very first opportunity. Pool is very clean and well maintained. Weather was good on the day of arrival, so on request our tea was arranged in the garden itself. Food was always mouth watering through out the stay, and most of the times it was customized to our liking and taste. The chef is also very experienced and all veg and non-veg delicacies were prepared with same level of perfection. The mango trees were fully loaded with raw mangoes, and they allowed our kids to climb the trees and touch the mangoes while they are still on trees (this was first such kind of experience for our kids). On the last night, we all could spend good long hours at the pool table, as there were no guests interested in pool so the table was ours for hours without queue(on payment). Even though we could not see a tiger during our jungle safari, but my whole family was satisfied with the stay in resort.
On top of all, our whole larger family specially parents liked the resort very much and have asked me to arrange another trip to same resort some time next year.
Thanks to Mr Jai, very cooperative and attending staff, good chef and all other related with resort to make this trip a memorable for whole family.
