Savannah Sunset Resort is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. Overlooking the breathtaking Ngong Hills, you are treated to incredible views from the moment you arrive. I was a little nervous to go camping in Kenya because I've never even camped in America, but it ended up going SO much more smoothly than I could have ever expected.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and will arrange to any need that you may have. They spend a lot of effort making sure each guest has a comfortable and pleasant stay, and it really pays off. From eating nyama choma, the Kenyan traditional meal, while overlooking the Maasailand sunset to having a bonfire and dancing before bed, my time at Savannah Sunset was unforgettable!
