Great to find this place, and really it's a great value for the location and scenery. I spent lots of time on the porch (had a 2nd floor room), and I was very glad that I booked an upstairs room. I had several delicious meals on my porch, since the staff was willing to do that.
However, we had hot water only 1 day, and there were frequent power outages on the waterfront that week. I don't fault the hotel for this, but it wasn't convenient. Also a lot of noisy construction was happening right behind the Inn. Not sure if this was part of hotel expansion or other business.
Rained heavily several days, and the staff were very diligent to lower the bamboo curtains in front of my room so that water didn't come in. They also graciously filled up my water bottle with hot water at my request several mornings, so I could drink the medicine tea I'd brought.
Penny helped me book a super-easy airport to ferry transfer, roundtrip, which made my travel much more restful. Book that in advance if you can.

Unfortunately, as you say, we have no control over the power outages and they are very frustrating.
We apologize for the inconvenience of the construction noise, we are having a plunge pool built for the comfort of our guests in the future. We hope that you will be able to make a return visit sometime and enjoy the pleasure of watching the sunset with a cocktail on the pool deck.
We are also sure that the team from Sugriwa Lembongan Express will be grateful for your kind comments regarding your transfers.
