This was our first visit to Bali and we'd arrived after travelling from the UK to KL where we live, and then straight on to Nusa Lembongan. Of course we were tired and looked forward to a warm welcome. Unfortunately the owner was facetious and had a smile as genuine as a ventriloquists doll. The accommodation was nice, the staff were helpful and the facilities were good. My girlfriend would probably give them 3 stars but for me the most important thing is to feel welcome. I'd recommend letting someone else be the face of your business.
