The Toucan Sur Mer is not a large restaurant and can get very busy so plan ahead. Once there, the decor is impressive as is the display of seafood on offer. The food is very fresh and very well prepared and presented.
However, be aware that a large appetite, an aperitif or two - try the chilled vodka with blinis and caviar - some accompanying wine or champagne, and the bill soon reaches dizzy heights.
