We were very disappointed with this hotel, we were on a classic car tour and took over the hotel. Our room was small and dated. The food was an insult to French cuisine, the steak they served up was inedible, it was so tough I took one mouthful which took an age to chew and refused to eat it together with the dry rice and over cooked carrots. A lot of food was wasted that night, when I complained and asked for a donation to the charity we were doing the event for, I was laughed at and offered cheese!, when my wife told them she was vegetarian they took off the meat and gave her extra carrots!!
It was the worst hotel we stayed in on our tour, even the Mercure Cherbourg Marine Hotel was far better and that was being demolished as a new hotel had been built to replace it!
