The railway is run by enthusiasts between Brechin and Bridge of Dun. Depending on when you go, there may be a Diesel engine, or a steam engine, or a Thomas engine. Sometimes special extra services are run for fish and chip suppers, or murder mystery. We enjoyed our run out to Bridge of Dun in the old rolling stock on a sunny Saturday afternoon. There were few passengers on the train, and staff were friendly and helpful.
