A steakhouse is expected to be a place where all steak is good, or better than something you'd cook by yourself. I joined a group of folks for a team's celebration activity and got there with high expectations. I was going to try the steak, but decided instead for pork ribs, which were priced above the price they have at Tony Roma's, so I expected great ribs. What I got instead were rough pieces of pork ribs drowned in a sauce that was intended to remove any other taste from the dish. I can get the same ribs at La Casa del Cerdo for 25% the cost. My coworkers were ok with their dishes so ribs might be one thing they don't know how to cook. In that case, they should remove it from the menu and stop annoying people with it.
The place is nice, and service is good, but when you charge $30 for ribs, they better be good!
