Lots of choices for all kinds of "cheesy" souvenirs, with plenty of free nibblies to sample. Their "Gohokan" cheesecake is YUMMY and so creamy, worth paying ¥1800 for (after sampling it several times, just to make sure it really was that yummy). They have quite a few cheeses to choose from, but not enough "local" cheese - if you ask me! (And perhaps slightly dear - it doesn't seem cheaper than you'd buy in the supermarket.)
The shop is spacious, bright & clean, with an interesting selection of songs for their BGM. The loo's are nice and clean too.
We enjoyed a few drinks in the garden, just across from the main shop! The service was excellent ... but, it was a weekday and not crowded, so we stayed for ages.
