“Unacceptable standard especially for this price”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2014 via mobile

We stayed as a family for 3 nights and it has been a disaster: rooms were not clean, no change of towels even after having asked at the front desk where we told that "of course" it will be done. Rooms are old, not evenly painted on their wall. It sounds like a hotel where they don't want to invest but still milk the naive customers with a price per night which is twice too expansive for this type of experience. Very surprised that brands like "logis de France" still allow this type of hotel in their network

Basic accommodation. Small room, but very clean. Good shower in small bathroom with tiny gap for w/c - hopeless for wider guests !
Very noisy after 6am - big concrete reception areas echo badly and sound insulation not good.
85 euros for one night in single room with no goodies and no breakfast seemed expensive. Bit of a yomp from town centre.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 17, 2012

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights whilst working in Ozoir. Overall i had a positive stay. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. My room was in a building not attached to the main building. Room was a good size and comfortable. It could be a little cold if i didn't leave the heaters on before i returned to the room though. Only complaint was that because i was in an out building the WI-Fi connection wasn't great. Most of the time i didn't get WI-fi on my laptop which was rather annoying. I didn't eat dinner in the restaurant, preferring to try restaurants in Ozoir and Paris but the breakfast was ok. Cereal, Breads, Coffee etc. If working in Ozoir this hotel is a good place to stay.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2011

I stayed for a night here whilst visiting an exhibition in Paris. The room and breakfst were standard fare and reasonable value for money. I made the mistake of deciding to choose one of the more expensive fixed menus rather than the cheapest 25 euro, menu, which most of the other clients seemed to do. They obviously knew something I didnt. The food was less than average. I waited a long time for the main course, which, when it arrived, was not what I had ordered. Quite a feat considering I was the only person in the restaurant, who had ordered that menu. Having waited for 40 minutes I ate the meal as I didnt particulaly want to wait another 40 minutes. The cheese course consisted of a piece of reheated brie on a bed of the soggiest lettuce I have ever eaten. When I complained the waiter just laughed. After finishing the meal I complained at reception to be told that the waiter was a trainee.
Take my advice give this place a miss. There are a lot of other hotels in the area which have the same quality of room but the food cant be this bad.
