“Wonderful experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 6, 2012

I enjoyed a five-course menu paired along five exceptional wines served in an elegant, top-service, gourmet food restaurant (the one indoor), surrounded by the beautiful environment of the vineyard and enjoying the view of the snow-topped Andes'mountains thru the panoramic window. Hard to describe the entire experience, therefore I recommend don't miss Ruca Malen while in Cordoba. The lunch can be paired along a tour to the "bodega"either before or after.

“Great food with an amazing view”

Pricey but If you value the experience of good food, wine and an incredible view then it's worth it. You won't be turned away with casual attire.

Bodega Ruca Malen is a absolute must for everyone passing Mendoza!
The explanation during the wine tour is clear, the lunch with matching wines excellent and certainly the magnificent setting of having lunch outside with an unbelievable view on the Andes is just unforgettable.

“Heaven”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2012

Probably the best eateries in the Mendoza region, their wine food matches are excellent, the quality of the dishes and the ingredients is AAA, the service is top class and the atmosphere is unbeatable with a view towards the snow covered Andes (October). And the wines: Similar to Bodega Pulmary not going for the high alcohol over ripe version of Cab Sauvignon, Malbec s and Chardonnay. We were invited to taste some older vintages of their wines and I have to admit we were blown away by a 2003 Malbec -- yes, the old style of Argentinean Malbec with high alcohol but what a wine --- soft but noticeable and well integrated tannins, fruit cake components, vanilla, berry and toasty flavours, on the palate like a vintage port with fruit flavours again and a subtle sweetness and , ruby colour and loooong finish -- a dream paring with the tenderloin !!

What an afternoon, worth every Pesos!!! Reservations required.
