Description: Chef Mun, a Korean-American, who ran a top-ranked closed door restaurant in Buenos Aires, recently moved to Mendoza and opened his Asian-Argentine fusion restaurant. Mun serves five-course menus of Japanese, Korean, Chinese & Argentina fusion cuisines. He introduces each course with stories about his recipes talks about the influence of his mother and Iron Chef Makoto. The sushi course includes Chilean Salmon, Argentine King Crab Hand Rolls and Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice and is a favorite. It's paired with a delicious Casarena Reserva 2011 Pinot Noir that Chef Mun carefully blended with the Casarena wine-making team.
