“Fantastic property, great location, perfect for families, singles, couples”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2012 for a stay in July 2011

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this villa, which had all that we required, including fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning patio pool etc. The location is perfect and it is not often you get a castle as a backdrop view, which at night looks spectacular. Xativa city is unique with lots of old architectural buildings and is only a short 4 mins from the villa.

We have already booked again for this year and are thoroughly looking forward to it.

Thank you to Scott and Lisa for a very enjoyable holiday at their villa

“relaxation all the way!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2012 for a stay in August 2011

This is our third year staying at Casa Blanca, we find it so relaxing here.the villa is always spotless when we arrive, a credit to Mark and Tracy who look after it..And always give a warm welcome..The gardens of the villa are well maintained and a view of Xativa castle is a lovely backdrop, especially on a night when lit up.The pool is always clean and inviting. Many a relaxing days spent round it.
Xativa is a warm friendly town, a joy to explore the old town, to the new...The castle is an interesting place to visit, and to take in the view of all of Xativa...
There are so many places to visit on your stay here, Valencia not far away, and I recommend the Bio Parc there... the villas sat nav includes lots of places to visit, some you never would of found without it...I cant really say any bad points, havent had any problems here what so ever. We love this place, and already booked for 2012... and most likely 2013....

“A gem of a villa near a pearl of a town.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2012 for a stay in April 2012

Villa Casa Blanca has everything that you would expect from a modern, carefully furnished holiday home. What could not be expected are the stunning views of Xativa Castle from the lovely garden of the villa. Furthermore, we have yet to find a more charming, welcoming, lively yet relaxed town as Xativa. It takes around thirty minutes to walk to the outstanding restaurants and bars from the villa. Driving in is also a pleasurable experience as parking is plentiful and free! During our stay we sampled many other towns but kept returning to Xativa for it's charm, elegance and myriad of options of restaurants. The shops are many and varied and on one occasion, in the space of thirty minutes we bought a chamois leather from a supermarket (Eroski) a local area map from a garage (Cespa) and some allergy eye-drops from a Pharmacy. All this being achieved by parking outside the respective front doors!
It is difficult to think of anything that could improve the experience of staying at Villa Casa Blanca. Maybe the water heater could have more capacity to deliver two showers consecutively. Maybe the neighbours could stop their dogs from barking during the night, but these things are trivial in the context of the overall experience.
The owner is exceptionally helpful and his timely communication is superb. His team that support the villa are efficient, informative and good company. Always willing to help out with advice and guidance on everything from directions through to restaurant recommendations.
We cannot think of anywhere we would rather relax and enjoy ourselves than Valla Casa Blanca and Xativa.
