Arrived here just after noon on Sunday and decided to stay for Sunday lunch. The menu is plentiful and varied, service first class and, as for the food... It was fabulous. I had the scallops with smoked bacon to start and my Husband had the Thai fishcakes. Both were delicious and beautifully served. For the main, my Husband chose the chicken curry and I chose the Sunday roast (pork). The portions were generous and the serving of side vegetables for the roast were simply to die for. I can thoroughly recommend the mulled spiced red cabbage! My only disappointment was that I didn't have room for a dessert. The staff were friendly and very professional, the surroundings spotless (as were the loos!) and the decor very tasteful and cosy (a real fire blazing to welcome you!) I can't recommend this restaurant enough.
