Villa C19 was perfect for us: two American couples, stopping off in south Goa for one week during a trip to India & Nepal. We always prefer when traveling to stay in a house if possible, rather than being confined to a hotel room. The two-story villa was spacious and for Goa, quite luxurious. While there are 3 bedrooms, each with bath, we enjoyed having the extra space for the four of us to spread out in. There are views to the Arabian Sea and rice paddies from the villa. The AC, washing machine etc worked perfectly. The beach is heavenly and a short walk away. The pool in the complex looked inviting but we never used it; for us, the Arabian Sea beckoned. The water was warm, with some surf to make it interesting. We regretted having reserved for just one week. An English couple rented the villa next door for five weeks. We can see why. During our 7 days, we enjoyed two outings: one day to Old Goa, and a second day, a 4 to 6 pm sunset birdwatching cruise along the River Sal (highly recommended), out of Betty's in Cavelossim. The rest of the time we just enjoyed the gorgeous water, long walks along the quiet beach and the very comfortable villa. We'd like to return. Note: there are a variety of accommodations at this complex, with, it appears, different owners. We see at least one negative review in this Trip Adviser string, but it refers to a very different accommodation; we did not experience any of these issues. We rented the lovely villa C19 through homeaway.co.uk. Choosing the best accommodation at this complex will require you to do some research.
