Typical structure organized for, and living around, "big parties" (wedding, concerts, gala dinners, etc): external garden and interior decoration are kind of luxurious, however there seems to be lack of organization for giving service to the (very few) hotel guests.
Rooms are pretty large and well furnished; however, on entrance to the room (in a hot July evening) air conditioning is off (will only switch on upon badge insertion...!), fridge is off (there is no e-socket for PC/cell/..., so no surprise the previous guest had to remove the fridge plug), furthermore the bar is closed at all times except breakfast, and there is no way to get a fresh drink everywhere else, even upon asking. There is a nice small terrace behind the room window, although the view on the back side is just depressing; but...surprise: there is nothing to lock the window closed, so anyone could step in to my first-floor room!
In the morning I was enjoying a nice and comfortable bathroom, but...taking a shower proved a challenge, with a very tiny shower head, with a few very small holes, producing water micro-jets stinging on one's skin like steel pins!
No air conditioning available in common areas, including the breakfast hall.
The funniest of all: upon complaining for the missed services, a young blond lady kept badly complaining to me because "She doesn't walk around the rooms, and it is up to the customers to make remarks on the questionnaires" and "I shouldn't say that everyone can jump in the room from the window", etc.
Maybe one day those people will realize what hospitality - and Customer - means; however I won't be there at that time.
