“Satisfying”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2014

We stayed here June13, couple with kid. Hotel have one triple room with sea view on top floor, I recommend to get this, if it is available. This room has a big bathroom with massage bath and two sinks, and of course a splendid view. The only drawback is that the floor is very noisy, and probably waking up the guest living under, if you are up walking at night.. And the colors are a bit 70`s. The restaurant in the hotel is top notch, and it is mention in the "michelin guide". We ate there a few times and was very pleased. Very helpful and friendly staff.

A trip to Lerici is about 20min walking, but there is also buses. We rented a car, so it was about 5min drive. The hotel has free parking right outside.
There are two small, but good beaches 100m from the hotel. One of the beaches has a nice beachbar a few stairs up, nice and cheap food(beer to).
A small town ,Tellaro, about 700m from the hotel, has a few very good resturantes, and on the way there, you will pas a little store with very much good wine and cheese ++.

This hotel could easy have a extra star, if they updated the rooms. Probably the best hotel in Lerici, if you can stay outside the main town.

Room Tip: Room Tip: One triple room on top floor with big bathroom and massage bath.

Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Seaside views just great. Staff is correct, friendly and helpful. Room furniture’s are basic but ok. Only flat screen TV is more a PC screen then a bedroom TV. For some nice restaurants, walk to Tellario. Only thing that was a bit minus was missing of some choice in fresh bread at breakfast.
Beaches where you can go are a short walk downhill. Not big but, good enough. Rent a canoe and pick a nice quit spot.
Three starrs that's what is and there you have value for money. Only in high season prices mihjt be out of order.

Room Tip: For good WIFI ask for room close to the stairs.

Really nice hotel with good rooms and excellent breakfast and dinner. We felt welcome and were sorry we could not stay longer. Got the best wine on our trip here. Clearly a family who takes pride in their hotel.

We stayed in this hotel one night and enjoyed the family feel of hotel italia in LeRici nearby better. However this hotel was also nice:
Pros: good wifi connection, tasty breakfast continental style with hard boiled eggs, beautiful view of bay of poets, clean
Cons: further from LeRici centre, average service but nothing exceptional, restaurant closes at 9pm so we had to eat at a nearby restaurant when we arrived, difficult to get a taxi unless you reserve one ahead of time

We came across this hotel whilst travelling the riviera, we had stayed the night before in Santa Margarite and thought this area so much more beautiful and better value for money. We only intended to stay 1 night before travelling on but ended up staying 3 as the hotel was lovely, great location, lovely big balcony and great staff...so friendly. Would recommend.

Room Tip: Ask for a seaview on the 1st floor, rooms 25 and higher have bigger balconies.

Our experience was very satisfactory. We used it when exploring the Cinque Terre and visiting Portofino, Forte dei Marme and Lucca. The sea-view rooms were superbly clean with good bathrooms and very usable balconies. The windows and automatic shutters appeared to be fairly new and provided reassuring security. The hotel provides a free parking area - a bonus anywhere on the Italian Riviera! Breakfast was good and the staff were attentive and very helpful. The free WiFi was adequate but a bit slow. I would recommend a car as the hotel is several km from Lerici and its restaurants. However there are two small and safe beaches within a short walk of the hotel and we observed guests using the local bus service which stopped close to the hotel.

Room Tip: The sea-view rooms were worth the extra as the views are excellent and the balconies provide extra s...

The area this hotel is located in is absolutely beautiful. OMG, how nice is the Italian Riviera? The Cristallo service was fabulous and the food was great. Love the atmosphere and the short stroll to the beach and swimming in the warm waters was the highlight. Head down to Tellaro if you want to take some fantastic location photos or head by bus or foot to Lerici for even more picturesque locations.
