Very nice welcome on arrival by charming young man who showed us to our lovely room - in the torrential rain - the rooms are separate from the main part of the inn, so you do have to walk outside. However it was well worth the short walk - thank god - a big bed (as I have at home) and after a week spent in a rental apartment with tiny double bed - hugely appreciated! Bedroom was nicely designed with en-suite, and a good supply of tea/coffe etc to enjoy in room as well. Instant wifi access too. The Inn itself is in a pretty little "village" and surrounded by greenery - quiet and peaceful - it also has a large car park and seating area to the front of the inn - tho not enjoyed by us due to rain. Couple of large and very comfy sofas inside to enjoy a predinner drink. Had an excellent dinner that evening - again all young staff very pleasant, helpful and attentive - my main course of sea bass fillets cooked to perfection - well done chef - and some crisp hot fries in a little "bucket" - very trendy & loved it - puds too were super and well presented. Only one tiny ask - personal preference - for the Ciabatta tapas with tomato - I would have liked them done Spanish/Italian style with "real" tomato rubbed onto the ciabatta. Olive/Anchvovy pesto Ciabatta was yummy. Good breakfast - hot and fresh - you order the night before from a good list of choices. WE loved it and will certainly return - to cap it all had a tiny rooster come visit us just before leaving - barred from entering the bedroom I might add, tho he made an attempt!! Lady of the house too was very charming as we paid our bill and made our goodbyes - go visit - well worth the finding.
