Very pretty estate. You stay in converted outbuildings around the old house and parking is just outside the gate. We stayed in massa vito which is well furnished if a little dark (what you would expect from what is basically a barn!). If we were to be a little picky the bed was very hard even by Sicilian standards and an extra pillow in the wardrobe would be a nice touch. The nights were not quiet as there are alot of dogs in the vicinity and they will bark! A price you pay for being in a more rural location.
We had dinner once during our weeks stay and it was excellent. If you want to eat out try Majore or Il Tegamino as recommended by the owner. Take care in the low sason as many places are closed. Finally while we were there it was a little lacking of atmosphere, much of the time we were there on our own...the owner went away and the other units were empty.....
