a charming restaurant in a beautiful little place beside the river. The menu is very different - they don't offer starters because the unique main courses they provide are hearty portions. The couple make their own ice cream - nothing unusual in this? well yes because they make wonderful savoury ice creams - which sounds weird but is superb. I opted for the tartine with wild mushroom and duck and I think it was walnut and blue cheese ice cream which accompanied it. Delicious but very filling so didn't have room to try one of the sweet ice creams for dessert. We had coffee and liqueurs on the terrace looking across the river - a stunning view. The owners are very friendly and are passionate about what they do. A lovely evening in a lovely place.
