Amaizing hotel, food and drinks are excellent, very clean room, beach front is paradise. New movie in the comfort of our room, very fast service, the staff is so polite. Looking forward to return to the beach front suite with the long balcony. Love this place so much. Thank you for making this happened!!

Room Tip: Beach Front!!!

It's been 15 years since I last visited this property. I was wondering how it had aged. Fear not. The recent renovations have kept it as good as ever. Can't beat the location; right on the beach. Great staff at the pool and outside grill/bar. A little out of the way perhaps, but worth the drive from either PBI or FLL. Not near the crowds of either.

Room Tip: spring for a room with the ocean front balcony

This property is the perfect small resort, great for couples or families. Set on a perfect, picturesque beach on the uncrowded barrier island north of Palm Beach, the hotel has a beautiful lobby with ample gathering spaces, and a wonderful resturant and tiki bar overlooking the Atlantic with amazing food and great service. Our large room was very comfortable and had a small balcony and view of both the Atlantic and the intracoastal. We were easily able to entertain two guests in our room. The lobby had a small grocery for drinks and essentials, making staying on the property easy (the nearest commercial area is about a mile away). The room had neither a refrigerator (just an automated minibar) nor microwave, which would have been a nice addition. The bathroom was bright and the large shower quite functional. We did not use the watersports center, as the weather was unfavorable, but it looked as if one could rent various beach equipment there. Even for a holiday weekend, this resort was a great value and we would definitely stay there again. The only ding was that at check in, our room was not yet ready. The front desk promised to phone us but never did. However, they more than made up for that oversight with free drink and beach chair coupons, as well as comped parking.

Room Tip: Seems all rooms face north or south, thus providing views to both the Atlantic and the Intracoastal...

My room on the 7th floor was very clean, and updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was modern, the shower was very large and had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were large and very thick, a nice surprise.

The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet, their staff and very friendly and you will never go without anything.

The grounds are very pretty, a lovely pool area and hot tub and nice out door bar, patio...

I would go back any time. I was made welcome and comfortable.

When we checked in we were told that our room with a king bed was on the 2nd floor which was not very desirable and would we like an ocean front room with two double beds instead on the top floor? I thought it was very nice for them to give us an option and to also be up front about the possible room situation. We chose the ocean front room and it was large and updated. The beds were comfortable and everything in the room was extremely clean. The beach out front was maintained very well. If you needed a towel or a drink, there was always someone nearby to ask. Overall we had a nice trip.

Good place, employees seem nice. I agree with most of the other reviews regarding views/services, etc. Here's the problems I found: There is no signs on the balconies prohibiting smoking, so I assume it's allowed. Well, if someone on the floor below me smokes on their balcony, the smell WILL come into my room when the balcony door is open. Kinda annoying. Defeats the purpose of having a non-smoking room if active smoke enters from the floors below. I'd prefer if they had more smoking rooms for customers, regulate them to the top floor, or put signs on the balcony prohibiting smoking.

We chose the hotel purely based on location on map and on available reviews.
This hotel has a great view and breakfast on Scandinavian style: rich, full, lot of options. Even though it was windy, we enjoyed breakfast outside. Perfect! :)

Access to West Palm Beach and main roads to north were close buy and with easy access.

Hotel Manager Susan and dinner waitress Barbara made our stay memorable, thank you! :)

Room Tip: As usual, ask room with sea view. It makes a difference :)
