Have stayed at this hotel three times over the past couple of years on business. Always had good experiences in the restaurant, and the property features fantastic quirky rooms - the upper floor lake view rooms are really special.
The only thing that's a little off is the way the management thinks it's ok to attack guests who make comments (see comment below). That's a little scary. Certainly it seems that the reviewer may not have been fair in his/her assessment of the property. But resorting to forensics and sarcasm in a public forum? I guess the management skipped class on the day they taught social media management.
