An OK hotel, but nothing special. One of our rooms smelt of tobacco and the doors didn’t shut very well (an important point with children going from our room to theirs and back again).
The hotel is located a bit out of town (making it harder to go out about in the evening – we weren’t up to the 10-15 min walk along a busy main road after a hard day’s walking), but the food in the restaurant was quite good. Service was slow: it took about 20 mins before someone came to reception to check us in, but I think the hotel was busy serving late lunches at the time.
There’s a mini children’s play area, which our children enjoyed, and in the morning you just have to cross the main road to hit the camino again.
I would stay somewhere else next time.
