We stumbled across this little gem last night about 7.30pm. So glad we did Peter and Cynthia were so lovely and accommodating. Rooms were huge, nicely decorated and comfortable. My children had their own room and were happy with this. Rooms had TV, Wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, lounge and good sized bathrooms. Breakfast was cooked by Peter and was huge. Gardens beautiful and also off street parking. Location was fantastic.
Definitely would stay again. Would be better than staying right in town centre.

We stayed here for 1 night in February 2013 to attend a local party in Deganwy. This b&b is located on a main road and is easily accessible to Conwy and Llandudno. The owners are so welcoming and friendly and it feels like you are staying at a family members house! We've stayed here before in 2010 and it has been upgraded since and tastefully redecorated. Our room was large and bright and had good amenities. Kettle, biscuits, tea and coffee, water. The room had a flat screen TV and also had a handy dressing room. The king size bed was mega comfortable for a great nights sleep and the room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast comprised of a full english breakfast with choice of juice, toast, fruit and cereals. We are coming back again in July for another function in the area and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anybody.

Room Tip: We stayed one of the front facing rooms, with partial views of the bay. Have asked for the same room...

In early September my wife & I attended a 50th reunion being held at The Quay Hotel in Deganwy. (the reunion was for me) As we were travelling from Sydney, every penny counted, so I had to look for alternative accommodation, and this is when I found Tideways B&B. What a great find – large rooms, all en-suit, our room was spotless, with plenty of storage space in addition to a small dressing room off the bedroom. The shower pressure was good and the shower area a decent size. Being over six feet tall small showers are a real pain for me.
Off street parking for about five or more vehicles – just a little manoeuvring required if you wish to be first out in the morning.
Breakfast consisted of fruit, cereal, toast etc and the eggs were cooked to order by Peter, along with sausages, bacon, beans etc enough to keep us going well after lunch time.
Cynthia & Peter were perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were always available. As we had been ‘on the road’ for some time we asked Cynthia for the location of a laundrette. She asked if we were going anywhere else while the clothes were being washed. We said ‘No, just the laundrette’ and this is when she offered the use of her own washing machine and dryer, to save us going out. The perfect hostess!
All being well they will still be around for the 75th reunion :-o)

Room Tip: Check out the self contained unit in the back garden - one of our friends stayed in this unit and it...

Hosts were truly that nothing was to much trouble from dropping us in Llandudno as they believed taxis were too costly. To taking us to our start point in Colwyn Bay. Prepared a basic meal for us from scratch which was functional. Full English ok but I am a meat snob (sorry). Would definitely stay again as the rooms, decor, facilities are top draw considering price and measured against four star hotels we've stayed in during our journey around mainland UK.

We had a wedding at Deganwy Quay so we checked in on the Saturday morning and were greeted by Peter who was warm and friendly, our room was the cheapest so we wernt expecting much(how wrong could we of been) The room was modern, spacious and VERY clean with en suite facilities, me and my husband felt at home from the moment we walked in, the lounge and games room was clean and very modern and the graden was very well kept.We walked to the Quay and that took us about 10 minutes. In the morning we had breakfast(WOW can Peter cook) We had a choice of cereals and fruit juices, tea and coffee, a HUGE cooked breakfast with fried bread and toast, we also had a bowl of fresh pineapple and water melon, by this point me and my husband was well and truly stuffed. We checked out and Cynthia and Peter was on hand to thanks us and give us a goodbye hug. I would 100% recommend this quaint, modern, clean and friendly B&B to anyone(hope we have another wedding up that way again so we can stay again : )

Phoned just a couple of days before going to Deganwy for a Wedding, fortunately they had room. Received a warm welcome, the room and facilities were can only be described as stunning, very clean tidy and comfortable, could not really ask for more, everything you require was in the room. Breakfast, what can I say absolutely fantastic !!!! everything you could want at breakfast was available and the full english was well presented and excellent. We would not hesitate to return Thankyou !!

Every time we visit Cynthia and Peter they make it a home from home for us. The very personal and professional way we are always greeted, to the very well appointed rooms and that breakfast!!! to die for. Being close to christmas this visit, Peter had made mince pies which once tried you have to have more and we did.
Visiting sometimes in the winter months, with the cold evenings we are able to take advantage of the snooker room or engage in converastion with Peter and Cynthia, who are always on hand.
Tideway is so central for our golfing requirments plus all other attractions that part of north wales has to offer
See you in 2012

Seb and Terry
