Starting with Severine and ending with Maya what a great persons and a super service. I always stay in a nearby hotel and this was my first time here. This was a great stay for me, room 310 was excellent, I asked for good cold air conditioning and I had it. It has a great ktichenette so you only need to buy some groceries and you are done. It has a welcome bottle of water and a welcome drink, I chose a beer. When I called for something the staff was more than happy to assist, I forgot the man name but thank you to him too.Just 1 minute walking to be the nice Orient beach and very close to a market and several nice restaurants. Balcony of the room big and nice to seat and relax, room is very big and spacious.Good parking . Wifi in the room at no charge but best of all this was my first time and I felt at home and I am for sure returning, in fact I will be back at the end of October. Merci to all of you ( don't worry they speak and understand English and even a little of Spanish.

This was our 1st time here & will not return. have to always ask for wash cloths, iron leaks when water is added by the time you are done the clothes are wet, toilet always runs, housekeeping left our room door unlocked, when reported to the front desk, nothing was done. Finding the place was horrible no one knew where it was. All they did is just point, no signs after finally asking a cleaning lady who barely spoke english we finally found it. when you iron the power goes out. constantly had to turn the power on by
the circuit box in the room. no phone or radio in the room. small box tv set no flat screen. if an emergency office is closed at night until next day & unless you have a cell phone that works you are out of luck. fridge is small and old, rooms are dusty. Not worth the price you pay. Will put my money
on a different hotel. Will not recomment this one to anyone.

My wife and I have stayed at Le Grand Bleu (formerly Caraibes Beach Hotel) for the past 10 years, twice a year. We usually stay for 2 weeks for each stay and continue to return every year. We love this hotel. Its proximity to the beach, the ability to charge lunch and dinner to our hotel room and, most important, the ability to just relax. Since the hotel has been taken over by Gerard and Delphine, it has only gotten better.

Wonderful host. We were able to check in early. The room was spacious and clean. We had an easy walk to the beach. Chairs & an umbrella were included with our stay. Convenient parking at our door.
Hotel is difficult to locate, due to the name change.

I want to start by thanking Gerardo and Delphine! They are the leads and role models for the special tone that is set at this property! I had a very warm and wonderful experience at this hotel during my stay this past week. I went to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. The hotel is very clean and quaintly appointed! It was recently refirbished and gave us a comfy island feel. The kitchenette added a wonderful touch. But most importantly...hats off to your staff! From the maids to the owners...the treatment was regal! The grounds are nice, the beach access easy and so close it only takes 2 minutes to reach by foot. The food on the premises was also delicious and there is a beautiful French village a few blocks away with additional restaurants and entertainment on certain nights. The beach is clean and long...great for walks. We felt as if we were treated special....like family! All our questions were answered quickly, we were assisted with car rental and directions to the most interesting and dynamic spots on the island but most importantly, it was the people at Le Gran Bleu that made the trip superior. If you're not sure where to stay...this is the place. Leave your cares at home. Enjoy this true island experience...unplug...relax...check the morning sunrise from your patio...and most importantly know that you will be taken care of at this hotel. We can not wait to return again and again and I will tell ALL my friends and family to come experience the love of the "Friendly Island" spearheaded by Gerardo and Delphine! I love you guys!

Room Tip: You can not go wrong! All the rooms are nicely appointed, recently painted and the decor upgraded...

There was nothing negative about our stay at Le Grand Blue. Most accommodating....even to going to town to purchase a flat iron for the guests (mine fried) and we actually purchased that one for future foreign travel and the owner was purchasing another for the guests! Clean, up to date, great bed and mini kitchen.......couldn't ask for more....Like 5 stars without the restaurant and room service!!!!! Highly recommend. On the nicest beach on the island........Orient Beach....

Room Tip: Lower floor has no view of the beach, only the gardens and pool. The second and third floor have a n...

We stayed here 5 years ago when it was Cap Caribes. The owner Gerard has done a great job fixing things up. It is in a perfect location right in the middle of Orient Beach. The 5 minute walk to the village for breakfast, store, and bars & restaurants can't be beat. We had trouble with hot water, and when it wasn't corrected with a few maneuvers, a new hot water heater was placed the same day. Can't beat that service. We vacationed with friends and we all agree it is the best location and value. It may not be the Radisson Blu, but it's the place to stay in St. Martin.
