The first night my wife and I went to this cute little side-street restaurant we were fairly early for Normandy-time, and the proprietor welcomed us like we were long-lost cousins. He absolutely charmed my wife, and then proceeded to plan out our meal and made something special for us. What a treat. We went back one more time before we left and it was very crowded, but he remembered us and we had another terrific dining experience. The meals were very fresh and consistently wonderful.
You'd never know this place was there unless someone directed you there-it's small and unpretentious but worth a stop. Tell them Louise sent you! (she runs a small rental cottage in town)
