I stayed with my gf (now fiance) for one night and it was the best experience I had!
The owner was very nice, the room was medium size but so beautiful! The view was amazing! Room was ultra-clean, and breakfast was adorable! I will remember this one day forever! Thank you so much! Tom

absolutely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The owners were so helpful, the rooms had the most beautiful views over both the Meteora, and the valley..incredibly clean and well taken care of hotel I would recommend to anyone.

Albeit a bit towards d far end of the small village of Kastraki up a steep road..every moment of our being at Pyrgos Adrachti felt absolutely wonderful. one can take a cab for five euros from the Kalambaka station so, basically its being on d steep hill doesn't really matter while u have ur luggage with u! And later ofcourse, u dont mind that walk bcos of the breathtaking views and d FRESHNESS in d air bang on d foothills of meteora...with the most spectacular views all around and even from d rooms! On our arrival, d owner was kind enuf to offer help with my luggage which i found very sweet! And he took time to explain about all d monasteries /location n timings to us just as we were checking in. Very warm and friendly! And in my opinion that really does go a long way in making one feel comfortable in a faraway land :) The rooms were tastefully ..simply and yet tastefully decorated! it was spotlessly clean and d fresh mountain air and d stillness and deafening silence around made d whole experience even more restful. The breakfast was lovely which cud be had in d balcony of the restaurant with the most amazing views of d meteora rocks! I remember throughout my stay i kept thanking myself for having chosen this lovely little hotel! would love to go back :)

Just perfection:
1. The best views of Meteora you could possibly get from a hotelroom
2. The hotel itself is clean, nicely decorated, with all the facilities you need (wifi, decent shower etc.)
3. The breakfast is delicious (fresh tea, coffee etc.)
4. The owner is amazing, very helpful and just a really nice guy
5. All this for a very reasonable price!

We loved this place! best location in the area, just beneath the giant rocks. Wonderful views from our room's porch and a great breakfast being served at a charming porch with same views.
Owners are welcoming and gave us all information we could possibly wish for. A great choice for a unique area.

Room Tip: Ask for a porch. view is remarkable.

We stayed at Pyrgos Adrachti in September 2013. We arrived after spending a few days driving in the Greece mainland from Athens in a rental car. We had an incident with the back bumper the day we arrived (a corner of the bumper fell off and was almost dragging on the ground). We checked-in and when we got to our room, we got a call from the owner. He said he wanted to show us something, so we went downstairs to the reception and he showed us our bumper and asked if he can fix it for us. We have never had a hotel/B&B owner ask to fix our car before that day. He basically rigged it with a a bit of super glue, which worked great for the rest of the rental period and we did not get charged by the car rental agency.

As for our stay, the B&B/inn was in a great location with fantastic views, great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, contemporary bathroom. The inn has a very traditional feel and charm without sacrificing comfort. There was also a great taverna just a 5-minute downhill walk away.

Best Value. Best experience. Our best experience in Greece. Air quality is so good, food is wonderful. I would choose here over Athens or Santorini.

Not a tourist place and they treat you like family where everyone is kind and friendly, like in a Greek village. This is really the best way to experience original Greek hospitality. The owner is one kind man. Very attentive with funny.

P/S: Avoid Kalambaka if possible, stay in Kastraki which is 5 mins drive from Kalambaka.

Pros:
1) Walking distance to everything even Meteora if you planning to stay more than an overnight. Maybe walking is more convenient than driving in Kastraki.

2) The view of Meteora at your backyard. As if almost can touch it. Too stunning to ignore even i am not fans of superb view accomodation.

3) The breakfast is a joy to wake up to.

4) The reception is very helpful and friendly and kind and generous. They will wait for you to be fresh and ready after check-in to explain and guide your stay in Meteora. They will give you precious tips on how to maximise your visit to the monasteries and nunneries in Meteora. This is very helpful because no much infomation on the website for independent travelers. I just love them.

Cons:
1) Location is quite hidden. Please try not to navigate at night as you will encounter very narrow and steeps alleys. These roads are built for pedestrian in my opinion.

Will definitely recommend to anyone. Rooms is exactly the same as in their online site. Very honest people. Lovely place to be. Best value. Truly a gem.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with balcony facing the mountains. If travelling with heavy luggage, opt for rooms...
