This was our 4th time there and once again we were delighted with the stay. From the beautiful renovated house with extremely comfortable rooms and bathrooms, lovely roof terrace, delicious breakfast, spotlessly clean facilities to the most perfect service from the owners Julia and Jane. Also highly recommend the local tapas restaurant and golf lessons with Jane. Tom and Toby

Spent our first night here on a recent trip to Catalunya with a friend. It's fantastic, so good in fact that we booked it for our last night as well. Beautiful old house with history, big rooms, super clean, comfortable beds, lovely helpful hosts. And the bathrooms are fantastic - sparkling and with brilliant showers! Breakfast was a highlight, especially on the terrace under a blue sky. And the MOST fantastic tapas restaurant round the corner ...one of my top 10 meals ever.... both are hidden gems in this lovely little village. Would definitely return.

Corca is a very small village outside Girona. The bed and breakfast is located on the main street through the town but there is not much traffic. The B&B was very interesting in that they have renovated an old building with some very nice touches. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was also roomy and all the fixtures were modern. The other comforts in the room are minimal. The chairs were not very comfortable, and there was a very small refrigerator. There was no dresser to put clothes, only places to hang things, so you have to live out of your luggage. The whole place is a bit on the dark side. Our son's room, however, had a roof-top veranda, which was very nice. The proprieter that we dealt with was very pleasant. She fixes a very hearty breakfast, which is inlcuded in the price of the room. She was also helpful in finding stores and restaurants nearby, as well as giving travel tips. She even loaned us a guide book for one of the towns. It is well located to get to places like Girona, Peralada, Cadeques, and Besalau, all of which we visited in three days there. Most of Costa Brava is accessible from there. The ride to the airport in Barcelona is about 2 hours.

I don't think I can praise Julie and Jane, the owners, highly enough. The setting is beautiful, the rooms gorgeous, and the service flawless. We have 2 kids, 11 and 7, and both can't wait to go back next year.

Many highlights, including the beautiful roof terraces, huge breakfasts, I could go on for hours...our personal favourites though were Jane and Julie themselves who made every moment of our stay a delight.

Aside from that, the hotel is perfectly situated, only 30 minutes from the airport and the sea. We went to several family friendly, clean and beautiful beaches at Roses, L'Escala and Lestatit. Also had one of the best meals we've ever had anywhere at the local Tapas restaurant - make sure you book though!
