Though Ocean Drive is a very nice hotel one can't escape from the impression that it used to be a place with much more character than it is now. Ocean Drive became a "Design Hotel" not long ago. Everything is nice and sleek but for instance the beautiful pink marble floors are gone due to a designer who prefers carpet everywhere. Too bad the marble had a function: it provides coolness during the hot summers of Ibiza (and it's very beautful, too!)
Other than that it's OK, my room was around 300 euro which seems a little pricey even though it was still high season. Staff was kind and helpful but not beyond what you would expect from a good hotel.
The room was a little small but overlooking the bay. If you need wireless internet, ask for a room closer to the middle of the building as mine at the far end of the corridor was out of reach of the network.
One more detail: there is no iron / ironing board in the room and for the entire hotel there are only two available so I had to wait and could use it only for half an hour!

-
Perfectly situated in Ibiza’s Yacht Harbour of Marina Botafoch, Ocean Drive Hotel combines retro glamour with its instantly recognizable art deco design. It was inspired by the architecture of Miami’s South Beach, as well as New York’s roaring 20’s . Ocean Drive Hotel is located in close proximity to Ibiza’s beautiful beaches, the famous Pacha nightclub, as well as the island’s “Old Town”, a UNESCO World heritage site.In defiance of local custom, Ocean Drive owner Marc Rahola has officially opened the hotel year round, offering guests a rejuvenating island retreat beyond Ibiza’s legendary summer nightlife. Still, the hotel remains best known for its insider access to this island’s thriving club scene and often plays host to high profile DJs, who lure guests and locals alike to Ocean Drive’s scenic chill-out lounge terrace. Unlike other hotels on the island, breakfast is served until 4pm, perfect for those lazy mornings after a late night of drinks and dancing. The hotels’s art deco aesthetic is reflected by its Mies van der Rohe and Le Corbusier furniture. Each of the 40 elegant guest rooms are outfitted in mellow tones of lavender and chocolate, with views of either the sparkling Mediterranean Sea or Ibiza’s mountain vistas. Serving health-conscious cross-over cuisine with Asian, Latin American and European influences, the restaurant is decorated with classic furnishings in muted hues and soft lighting.
