This hotel is in about 15/20 minutes from Rijeka Airport which was our main reason for staying there. It is however near the beach, the concrete bathing platforms and the promenade towards Krk town, which is quite a long way to walk from the hotel. The walk to our room was disappointing as even after taking the lift there were still short staircases to negotiate, both up and down, and no help was offered with our cases. The room was a reasonable size and had a small balcony but was dark due all the pine trees in the grounds. The bathroom was compact, with a shower, but had a slightly unpleasant smell which we thought was sewage. The main atrium, bar and dining room were nice, but the rest of the hotel was very bland and lacked imagination. There was music in the evening in a large room, with tables and chairs but no atmosphere and while we stayed at the hotel no one sat there or danced. The dining room was large and the waiters were efficient at clearing the tables. There was a large variety of food for dinner which was of an acceptable standard. Breakfast again had a good variety of food, both hot and cold. The hotel had a car park and a small shop, but no pool. The hotel catered for a lot of coach tours. All in all an acceptable hotel but not one to which I would wish to return..

Krk Island is pleasant with a variety of beach resorts.. Krk town has a large harbour and a nice prom for a stroll.
